Upscale and Pedestrian Friendly Lifestyle Center

Project included the conversion of a 41-acre outdated shopping mall into an upscale, pedestrian friendly lifestyle center.  Due to the complexity of the development’s phasing, PACLAND separated the development into fourteen smaller projects in order to expedite the City review and approval process and allow for existing stores to remain open during construction. Additionally, PACLAND’s innovative approach to stormwater design resulted in no new stormwater detention facility requirements.
