Tulalip Roadway Infrastructure
3 Miles of New Roadway

PACLAND was hired to provide civil engineering, traffic, and transportation design services for a new roadway and bridge project on behalf of the Tulalip Tribes. PACLAND provided the planning and design for approximately 3 miles of new arterial roadway, a multi-lane roundabout at the casino entrance, and roadway improvements to serve the amphitheater site. Improvements included full roadway design, pavement marking, signing, and roadway illumination. In addition to roadway planning and design, PACLAND completed a storm drainage conveyance system to include water quality systems, underground storage, and infiltration trenches. PACLAND coordinated with multiple agencies throughout the duration of this project including, utility purveyors in coordination of an underground dry utility system to serve the Quil Ceda Park commercial area, and WSDOT for improvements to the 88th Avenue/Quil Ceda Parkway and 116th/Quil Ceda Parkway intersections.
